Oasi Ceramiche offers a wide range of hand-painted ceramics.
Products can be purchased either online through our website or directly from our store located on the Isle of Capri.

3. Privacy and Personal Data

In order to request a quote, we collect the following personal data: first name, last name, email address.
This data is used exclusively to process your quote and for communication related to the sending of the product.
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can read in detail on our website.

4. Quotations and Acceptance

When requesting a quote, it is important that you enter your actual shipping address.
Our team will send you a customized quote that takes into account the weight of the items, the packaging needed to ship them, and the shipping costs.
The quote is valid for a period of time specified in the communication.
Once you receive the quote, payment must be made as indicated in the methods provided in n. 5.

5. Payments

Payment is made after the quote has been accepted.
It is possible to pay:

• by bank transfer

• by Visa Card, providing your card number

Once payment is received, we will proceed with sending the product.

6. Shipping Insurance

All products sold and shipped by Oasis Ceramics are covered by insurance.
In the event that you receive a broken product, simply take photographs of the damage and we will resend you the same product at our expense.
In the event that the broken product is no longer available, we will make a proposal to you with a product of similar design or, alternatively, proceed with a refund.

7. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for orders placed through our website and picked up at our store.

8. Changes to the Terms

Oasis Ceramics reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
Any changes will be posted on this page.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
